tgads.pro acts as a technical intermediary and budget management interface. We provide tools that assist users in allocating marketing budgets to third-party advertising networks and platforms (e.g., Telegram Ads, Google Ads, social media networks).
Important: We are an independent service provider and are not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or fundamentally connected to the owners of the third-party platforms where ads are displayed. We do not guarantee the approval of your advertising campaigns by these third parties.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access our services, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we suspect are being used for illegal activities, fraud, or violations of third-party ad policies.
4. Payments, Fees, and Crypto Transactions
4.1. Deposits and Fees
The Platform operates on a pre-payment basis. When you top up your balance, a Service Fee (Deposit Fee) is automatically deducted from the transaction amount. The remaining capital ("Net Budget") is allocated to your advertising campaigns.
Non-Refundable Fees: You acknowledge and agree that the Service Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers the operational costs of the transaction and platform maintenance immediately upon receipt.
4.2. Cryptocurrency & Volatility
If you choose to deposit funds using cryptocurrencies (e.g., TON, USDT):
- Exchange Rates: Transactions are calculated based on the exchange rate at the exact moment of the deposit confirmation within our system.
- Volatility Risk: You bear the sole responsibility for any fluctuations in the value of the cryptocurrency. We are not liable for value loss due to market delays or network congestion.
5. Third-Party Policies & Ad Moderation
You acknowledge that your advertising campaigns are subject to the strict moderation policies of the destination platforms (e.g., Telegram Ads Policy).
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that your ads will be approved.
- Account Bans: If a third-party platform bans your ad account or rejects your content, tgads.pro is not liable for any resulting loss of potential revenue or business disruption.
- Compliance: You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
IN NO EVENT SHALL TGADS.PRO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We make no warranty that the Services will meet your specific requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tgads.pro and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
